we should all be so proud of these amazing 6th class children. They were such a credit to you and the school. The children sang their hearts out, mingled among the elderly residents and gave out homemade cards to every single resident. I am bursting with pride and admiration for them! Each child showed maturity beyond their years. Well done !!
Well done to the amazing 6th class for their carol singing this morning for the active retirement group. They were incredible and warmed the spirits of the group! Thanks to all involved in the group for setting up this lovely opportunity. The children have been attending the retirement groups’ Monday sessions for the last term and they really enjoy the interaction with our valued retirement group members!
Please find pictures of activities completed during December 2016 in Mr. O’Sullivan’s 6th class page. Some of the pictures include Christmas displays, Penny and Lily’s recent medal haul in running, Secret Santa time, sewing and constructing Christmas decorations, card making and a quick video of the children wishing everyone a Happy Christmas.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the children from 6th class and their families a safe and wonderful Christmas time. Thank you also for the generous gifts. They were greatly appreciated. See you all in the New Year.
I was blown away by the gifts, cards and general display of affection today. My heart is heavy this evening.
It was a pleasure to work with you all and you will be sadly missed by everyone in Scoil Naomh Micheal. Have a wonderful summer break and enjoy secondary school. Please pop in to see us all and I would love to hear how all the boys and girls are getting on.
Well done to all the children in the school for entering the anti-bullying poster competition before Christmas. It was really difficult choosing the winners. Each winner received a full homework pass. The winning posters will be displayed in the school halla as soon as possible. Mr O’Sullivan.
