You did it!!! You have completed your online learning experience!!!!

You do not need to send any work in to me today. I will have a look at your test when we get back to school on Monday as I will be collecting up all your copies.

I hope you can join us for a short zoom session today at 1 o clock. We will just play a quick game and you will have a chance to tell the rest of the class what you though about online learning or share any news. Last zoom session The password is the same as always, let me know if you have forgotten it. For the zoom today you will need a piece of paper, a pencil and something to lean on like a book or copy.

Below is a short video of your bake off challenge. I loved getting all the pictures and video, I was just sad I wasn’t able to taste all of your baking!

Test Correct your maths from yesterday:

Take out your copy and get someone at home to call out your English and Gaeilge spellings. When you are finished correct your test to see if you got them all correct.

Today for the tables test you are doing ÷12. Open up Daily 10  and test yourself, you should be able to get 10 out of 10 with 5seconds

Get organised Because today is the last day of online learning and because you have worked so hard I am not giving you any work to do today. Spend today getting ready for school on Monday.

– sort your box and make sure you have all your copies and books back in.

– make sure you have all the necessary supplies needed for class e.g. pen, pencil, red pen, ruler, pritt stick etc.

– spend some time today catching up on any activities you missed.

– maybe you could spend some time going back over some areas and topics covered over the last few weeks.

Well done fourth class! We are nearly there with the online work. Keep going with todays work, it might be the last day of online work!!!

I am loving all your pictures and videos of your baking coming in. I will put up a short video with all your pictures tomorrow.

Last week we were looking at adjectives (a word to describe a noun.) Sometimes adjectives can get boring e.g. nice dinner, good dessert, nice teacher. To make you writing more interesting we try to use amazing adjectives. e.g. mouth watering dinner, luscious dessert, helpful teacher.

Starlight p144 activity E: Today you can decide if you are going to do the top 6 sentences or the bottom 6 sentences (full sentences). You must write the exact same sentence but put in interesting adjectives. Do not use ‘nice’ ‘good’ ‘big’ or other boring adjectives. Try to make the adjective as exciting as possible.

Today we are continuing on with decimals. Last week we looked at how to add, subtract and multiply decimals. Today we will look at how to divide decimals.

Science Last week we looked at the importance of food and how food is grouped into different categories. Today we are going to take a closer look at how our body uses food.
