Well done to the children, parents and staff of our school on raising a fabulous €1200 today for the Radiothon to support cancer services in Cork.
We are very proud of Caelan and Abbie, who along with their sister Cara, donated their hair to the Rapunzel Foundation.

Well done to both our teams who qualified for the Sciath na Scol finals today. We are looking forward to a day out in Páirc Uí Rinn in the coming weeks. A big thanks to their coaches and their parents for the continued support.
Well done to our Green Flag team who were presented with our fourth Green Flag yesterday for their work on water conservation in our school. It is a fantastic achievement and we are very proud of all involved. We will hold a celebration in the coming weeks to raise our new flag and to celebrate the success! Well done to all involved!

Well done to our boys who had a great night at the recent Grandons Community Cup in Glanmire. The boys were a credit to the school and performed very well, just missing out on a place in the final. A big thanks to Mr. Scanlon for his coaching and to Ms. Healy and Ms. O’Halloran for their support on the night.

Recently our first school chess team took part in the Cork Chess Leagues in Ovens. Over 200 children played on the day and the team gave a great display, finishing in 6th place overall. We look forward to playing more chess in the school in the future.
A huge thank you to our fantastic Parents’ Association for their donation of €5250 to our school. They put great effort in to the Coffee Morning and School Raffle and those efforts are greatly appreciated. The money will be used for IT and playground equipment. Thank you all for your continued support!
Tomorrow night, our boys’ football team are taking part in the Grandon’s Community Cup in the Pike field in Glanmire. All are welcome to what should be a great evening.
